PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE SECTION CAREFULLY!

PROCESSING & DELIVERY:

Orders are processed within 5 business days, once payment clears.

Delivery takes 2 to 5 business days once collected by The Courier Guy.

The store will send a fulfillment email with a tracking code, once your order has been processed on our side (This does not mean the order has been collected by the courier)

Delivery Fees start from R100.00, the corresponding courier option will be available upon checkout.

There will be two different options available "Gauteng" & "National" 

Both options have different fees, Please do not select "Gauteng" if you do not stay within Gauteng or the immediate surrounding areas. Your order will be placed on hold until the outstanding difference is settled.

Please select "National" if you stay in Cape Town, Eastern Cape, KZN etc

We do not offer PUDO, or any other service other than the Standard Econo Service from The Courier Guy.

We do allow orders to be collected, either in person or from the courier of your choice.

Orders for collection still need to be placed online, a "Ready for pickup" email will be sent from the store once the parcel is ready for collection.

STYL S.A will not be held responsible for delays on orders booked for collection.

If you have placed an order and selected delivery, and you receive an email from The Courier Guy saying "failed collection attempt" DO NOT WORRY, your order is booked with the courier as soon as your payment has been processed, but this does not mean that your parcel is ready for collection, it's just part of our process to ensure efficient processing of each order.

Certain areas are affected by different conditions such as, High Risk, Outlying Areas, Severe Weather etc, these conditions may incur additional courier fees, should there be any additional fees, you will be notified either via WhatApp or Email.

Certain products listed on "www.stylsa.co.za" may incur additional courier fees which may not be included upon checkout. The online store calculates the courier fees according to the weight of the items and not the physical size. If the physical size of the parcel exceeds the maximum dimensions of the courier option brought forward, additional courier charges will incur.

 

PAYMENT:

All orders are to be paid via standard EFT to FNB, payment details are available upon checkout. 

ATM/ BANK DEPOSITS ARE NOT ACCEPTED, You will be responsible for any additional charges incurred for deposits.

When doing payments for orders PLEASE ensure the following:

Either the current ORDER NUMBER, or the ORDER CONFIRMATION CODE must be used as reference in order for us to capture payments effectively.

DO NOT use your personal name or business name as reference.

STYL S.A will not be held responsible for delays or Payments allocated to the wrong clients should you fail to comply with the above mentioned instructions.

A 10% HANDLING FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR REFUNDS ON ORDERS INCORRECTLY PAID/PLACED OR ANY ALTERATIONS THEREOF.

 

ITEMS AND CONDITION:

The labels on various items may have been "DE-FACED", which means the label has either been, blacked out with a marker pen or, the brand may have been cut out/ cut off, Leaving only the size of the item on the label.

This is Required By Law, in order to avoid copyright infringement and this is NOT done by STYL S.A.

The images for each item are strictly samples only and, each item displayed will not necessarily be received, there may be more or less of a certain Style/ Print/ Size etc, in which case, the quantity of such items will be higher/ less or not included with each order. All items are distributed as equally as possible from the stock available.

Items listed as "A Grade" will be in good condition without any defect.

Items listed as 'B Grade" may have defects, be rejects, non matching, used items etc.

If any of the items state the sizes in the title of the listing, this is only an indication of the sizes you may receive when you order, there are no set quantities of each size/ colour or pattern on any of the items sold by STYL S.A.

 

EXCHANGE & RETURN:

STYL S.A does accept returns and exchanges, so long as the following condtions are met:

– The item must have been provided by STYL S.A

– The item must be in it's original condition.

– The return/ exchange request was logged and, returned within 14 business days of delivery.

– Return/ exchange is at your own expense.

– NO Exchange or Return on any underwear items (Socks, Bras, Panties Etc)

Should the item be defective or not as described, STYL S.A will return the item at our own expense. (BULK LULAROE & NO-BO ITEMS NOT INCLUDED)

Returns/ Exchanges will be credited immediately once accepted and processed by STYL S.A

 

The items sold by STYL S.A are clearance items, STYL S.A does not guarantee sizing, material quality or manufacturer quality.

All items are sold as received, STYL S.A does not alter any of the items in any way or form. 

 

SHIPPING LIABILITY COVER:

STYL S.A offers shipping liability as an additional product you can purchase.

Shipping liability covers your parcel against loss, theft, damage etc, while in the possession of the courier company.

Shipping Liability is only applicable if the parcel is being shipped by STYL S.A.

STYL S.A will not be held accountable for any occurrence on any order placed for "pick up".

If you do not add Shipping Liability Cover to your parcel, STYL S.A will not provide any assistance in the form of compensation/ refund/ replacement etc.

 

The Onus is on you, The buyer, to stay up to date with the Ts & Cs and any alterations thereof.
